You can prepare a copy of your account data or permanently delete the account from the Account screen in VELORA.
Purchases
The offline unlock is handled by Apple’s App Store. Use “Restore purchases” in VELORA after reinstalling or changing devices. Billing, refunds and payment-method support are provided through Apple.
