Delete your VELORA account.

Client accounts can be permanently deleted inside the iOS app without contacting support.

Delete in the app

  1. Open VELORA and choose the Account button.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the client account you want to remove.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm Delete account and cloud data.

What is deleted

The active account record, VELORA sessions, trips and saved places associated with the account are deleted. Personal preference scores and checklist progress kept only on the device can be reset in VELORA or removed by deleting the app. Apple purchase records remain with Apple as required for App Store transactions and entitlement restoration.
